Market & Opportunity:
In spite of an annual U.S. market in excess of $50 Billion and an annual global market in excess of $300 Billion, the Preventative/Restorative market place is extremely fragmented - and dominated largely by products that rely on questionable and controversial ingredients (sugar, caffeine, anabolic steroids, vitamins and/or herbs alone) which result in limited short-term gratification. Demand for the promise of performance enhancement, in addition to increasing longevity and nutritional advantage, has outstripped both the pace of scientific and regulatory validation as well as the ability of any single corporate entity to establish a trusted global consumer brand.
GHPC will immediately move to capitalize on this opportunity with a product capable of enhancing energy output and endurance by means of a very safe and unique nutritional modality with none of the pitfalls of most products of this type.
The Myogence product was developed as a derivative of ongoing research into the anti-atherosclerosis product, Atheromine, which is an extension of TPN science. The relationship of the two products underscores the promise of the root nutritional methodology, based on amino acid substrate delivery, to be deployed in a wide variety of formulations targeting specific nutritional challenges presented by different disease states (such as the problematic contexts of HIV treatment in Africa) and/or numerous life stage demands. Patients suffering from diabetes mellitus, HIV/AIDS, various kinds of Hepatitis, Crohn's disease, cancer, etc., all represent variant challenges to nutritional and metabolic well being, and opportunities to enhance survival and/or recovery by specifically designed nutrient delivery profiles.
Furthermore, recent global developments leading to increased food costs and to decreased soil fertility, quality, quantity and overall production of foodstuffs, and reasonable projections that the trend will continue, creates a demand for the nutrient delivery technology at the core of GHPC's advantage. Importantly, the Dudrick inspired product line is based on a method that can either stand alone or be employed as a safe, versatile nutrient/dietary additive.

According to the American Heart Association, coronary heart disease is caused by atherosclerosis, the narrowing of the coronary arteries due to the fatty build up of plaque. It is likely to produce angina pectoris (chest pain), heart attack (compromised blood flow) or both. The attached map defines the principal market areas for the product given the highest incidence of these conditions.

• Coronary heart disease caused 451,326 deaths in 2004 and is the single leading cause of death in America today.
• 16,800,000 people have a history of heart attack, angina pectoris or both. The gender distribution is about 8,700,000 males and 7,300,000 females. In 2008 an estimated 1.2 million Americans will have a new or recurrent coronary attack.
• 310,000 people a year die of coronary artery occlusion in an Emergency Department or without being hospitalized.
• Most of these are sudden deaths caused by cardiac arrest, usually resulting from ventricular fibrillation.
• 50% of people suffering a coronary occlusion or myocardial infarction die as a result of their first (and only) attack.
• In 2004, coronary heart disease death rates per 100,000 people were 194.2 for white males and 223.9 for black males; and 114.7 for white females and 148.7 for black females.
